Daredevil Divorce Update: Divorce can be a grueling process. For Jennifer Garner and her children it can be especially hard, considering all the world knows their business, not to mention all the rumors they are having to face. Now it appears that Ben has moved out of the family home, in the wake of unconfirmed reports that Ben Affleck cheated on Garner with the now pregnant (ex) nanny. Did Jennifer Garner really kick the Batman actor out?
Jennifer Garner and her children are on the mend. An unnamed source recently spoke with People about Jen settling back into her old life as close normal as can:
"Jen seems in good spirits and is almost back to her normal, positive personality. She's happy to get back to her usual, family routine with the kids in L.A."
A second source also spoke with the publication about how Ben and Jen’s kids are getting back to routine:
"The kids seemed excited about church. They ran into several school friends. Jen also had a very warm welcome at the church. She kept smiling and looked happy."
Meanwhile, it is starting to look Ben and Jen will not be living together anymore, as another source told People in a separate report:
"Jen will always make sure that Ben spends as much time with the kids as he wants, but she is rethinking their living situation. She can't stand the situation Ben has put her and the kids in."
Affleck is now reportedly staying in a rental house across the street.
