It has been no secret the Princess Kate Middleton hasn't been making herself available for public functions over the last several weeks, but word has it she has a great excuse for letting her husband fly solo. According to the latest gossip news updates, Prince William's wife is already pregnant with baby No. 3. Word has it that the since the Duchess always suffers from severe morning sickness at the beginning of her pregnancies, she's been laying low until it naturally passes.
While some folks have bristled at Kate Middleton's noticeable absence from several public events in recent weeks, Prince William's beautiful bride is said to have an excellent reason for leaving one or two of her subjects a little disappointed.
One source in the latest September 14, issue of Star magazine, claims that despite Baby Charlotte's having been born just a few short months ago, Kate is supposedly pregnant yet again:
"She's in the early stages of pregnancy with baby No. 3, and she's not taking any chances.
"William and Kate never want to offend or disappoint old friends, but they've agreed that he will fly the flag alone if necessary, while she carries out her important role as stay-at-home-mom.
"And as she is coping with the early effects of her pregnancy, she's thankful to be relieved of the pressure to appear perfect in public."
Of course, it's far more likely that Kate is just taking a little time off to recoup from the baby that she just had last May.
According to the Daily Mail, the hoi polloi can once again rest easy knowing that her maternity leave will very soon be coming to its end:
"The Duchess of Cambridge will see a return to royal duties over the coming weeks - including an appearance at the opening ceremony of the Rugby World Cup.
"Kate, 33, is said to have enjoyed spending the summer with her new daughter and son, Prince George, but is now keen to resume a limited program of public engagements."
