George Clooney Fears for Amal Alamuddin; Talks Presidential Run?

It seems the supermarket tabloids have finally given up on spreading false reports that George Clooney's wife, Amal Alamuddin, is pregnant, only to focus on their new storyline that she is borderline anorexic. According to the latest gossip news updates, Batman is worried sick that if the international lawyer loses any more weight it might severely jeopardize her health. While Clooney has yet to address the ridiculous rumors regarding Amal's weight, he did once again recently do his best to dismiss the persistent rumors that he hopes to one day run for President.

While just a few short months ago it was being reported that Amal Alamuddin appeared to be putting on weight in anticipation of a pregnancy, the tabloids seem to have since convinced themselves that she looks skinner than ever.

One supposed source in the latest October 26, issue of OK! Magazine claims that Amal has just been so busy lately that she can't hardly help but waste away to nothing, no matter what her husband tries to do to stop it:

"Amal's career is taking a huge toll on her body. Amal has always been an overachiever and doesn't like to slow down, no matter how much George begs her to.

"She barely has time to even think about eating -- and George is really concerned."

Although the Clooney's have not yet bothered to address the rumors regarding Amal's health, George did his best to once again explain his reasons for never wanting to run for any political office of any kind (via Daily Beast):

"I've been asked that for almost 20 years now and the answer is just, no.... Who would ever want to live like that?

"I'm friends with a lot of those guys and I just think it's hell...it's such a horrible way to get elected, it's such a horrible time while you're in office, it's more polarized now than arguably since the Civil War in many ways.

"So, no, I wouldn't want to be in politics. I have no interest in it."

What do you think about the tabloid media's obsession with George Clooney's wife?

Should they try to find someone new to bother?

Or, is about time someone starting looking into what exactly Amal Alamuddin is eating?
