While it would seem that Gigi Hadid would be on the top of the world with the recent Victoria's Secret Fashion Show under her belt along with a brand new relationship with Zayn Malik in the works, but word has it the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star is deeply insecure about the way her body looks. According to the latest gossip news updates, the One Direction girlfriend is planning to get plastic surgery in the wake of her being paired with fellow supermodel Candice Swanepoel. It's said that next to Swanepoel, Gigi feels like she looks like on ugly ducky.
Although most of the sighted world seems to agree that Gigi Hadid is without a doubt one of the most beautiful women alive, the supermodel may not actually share their high opinion of herself.
One source in the latest December 7, issue of Star magazine claims that since having to walk down the catwalk opposite Candice Swanepoel at this year's Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, Gigi has convinced herself that she needs a plastic surgery overhaul in order to compete with her peers:
"Gigi hated how she looked. She felt she was the worst looking model and fat by comparison, especially next to Candice Swanepoel.
"They look a lot alike, but Gigi felt uncomfortable alongside stick-skinny Candice. She just burst into tears when she saw photos of them together.
"She wants a major overhaul -- lipo, bigger lips, mole removal and even a face-lift."
Whatever Gigi really thinks about her good looks, Zayn Malik is said to be falling hard for the supermodel.
The secret insider that Hollywood Life spoke to insists that the former One Direction member is jumping into his relationship with Gigi with both feet:
"Things are going super well for them! Zayn is REALLY into Gigi.
"He knows that girls like her don't come around often, so he is keeping her close."
An eyewitness to their recent evening together at The Nice Guy in Los Angeles on Tuesday night told E! News that it looked like Gigi was just as into Zayn as he was her:
"Gigi and Zayn couldn't keep their hands off each other.
"Gigi was so attached to him that she even followed Zayn outside to the patio during a smoke break."
