Following in the vain of Real Housewives peer Brooks Ayers, rumors are now surfacing that Yolanda Foster is also faking her illness for the reality TV cameras. According to the latest gossip news updates, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member's soon-to-be ex-husband, David, is telling people that Yolanda's Lyme disease was all but cured years ago. Meanwhile, Yolanda's kids are said to be sticking by her though her sickness, with Gigi Hadid and former boyfriend Joe Jonas even appearing in the series this year to lend their support. As for Zayn Malik potentially brining his One Direction media attention to the cause, Foster recently explained that she still hasn't met him yet.
As you might imagine Yolanda Foster is said to be more than disappointed that her husband, David, doesn't seem willing to stick by her through both sickness and health after all.
One source in the latest December 21, issue of Life & Style claims that the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star understands that it isn't exactly easy but still never thought that David would abandon her while she is still suffering so severely from her Lyme disease symptoms:
"Yolanda is completely heartbroken.
"She can't believe he could be absent during one of the toughest experiences she has ever had to endure."
The secret insider that Radar Online spoke to explained that somehow David Foster seems to have convinced himself that there is nothing wrong with Yolanda, perhaps as a way to justify his action to himself if no one else:
"David is telling friends he believes she was cured of it long ago, but she's been playing up ongoing symptoms because she enjoys the attention.
"Getting older seems to have been very hard for Yolanda. Now, it looks like she isn't ready to give up the role of sick patient."
David may have all but abandoned her, but Entertainment Tonight reports that Gigi Hadid and even former boyfriend Joe Jonas will appear in an upcoming episode of Housewives to lend their support.
Fans probably shouldn't hold their breathe in anticipation of Gigi's new beau, Zayn Malik, making an appearing on the reality TV show, however, as Yolanda told ET that the former One Direction boy bander has yet to so much as make her acquaintance:
"I haven't met him yet.
"Gigi's 20 years old, loving life, shopping like she should. I haven't met him yet, so I can't say anything about him."
