They have only officially been dating for a matter of weeks but already Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton seem to be acting like an old married couple. According to the latest gossip news updates, Miranda Lambert's ex-husband has signed up to spend his Christmas dinner with the No Doubt's singer's family. Word has it that the Voice coach won't just be hanging out with Stefani's kids but her parents as well.
Despite the short time they have been dating, it seems that Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani's relationship is quickly becoming a very serious affair with the Voice lovers supposedly planning to spend this Christmas together.
One source in the latest December 28, issue of Star magazine claims that although he may feel a little out of place there is no place Blake would rather by for the holidays than hanging out with his new girlfriend and her family:
"Gwen is really close with her family, and after the tough year she's had, she wants to spend it with the people she loves.
"Blake's obviously a bit nervous about making a good impression -- he's used to backwoods country Christmas but said he would happily join them."
Thankfully, for Blake and his backwoods ways, Gwen has already made sure that Shelton has met her parents going into the Christmas get together.
The secret insider that People magazine spoke to explained that thanks to Gwen, Blake and Stefani's dad were already hitting it off like a couple of old bar buddies:
"Blake helped Gwen's dad around the house.
"They seemed very friendly and like they were getting along great."
