One of the most difficult rumors to gain a handle on is the current state of the relations between Katrina Kaif and Ranbir Kapoor. Are they on the outs? Is Deepika Padukone the reason? Well, if the Indian press is to believed, the answer is yes but even that may not be the case. So, who's with whom? Sit back and we'll explain or, at least, attempt to try to.
The widespread belief is that the two are broken up. Katrina Kaif lamented to GQ in a recent interview all is not well. Obviously, she is unhappy about the level of intimacy Kapoor shared on screen with ex-girlfriend Deepika Padukone in the recent film Tamasha. As well, according to IndiaWest, Recently, Kaif has admitted to three things in the media that could be the three mistakes that have upset the Kapoor scion. First and foremost, in a recent interview, she has admitted to not being close to her man's family - Rishi Kapoor and wife Neetu, we presume."
Katrina did not attend the celebration party for Tamasha, which turned out to be Ranbir's first hit in quite a long time. To make matters worse, IndiaWest with the details, "Meanwhile, on the side, Padukone received a surprise compliment from none other than Kapoor's mother Neetu, who called to congratulate her. The ex-actress had never approved of Padukone when she was dating her son."
Whether or not they are broken up, we probably won't know for a while. There are visible cracks in the facade. Whether or not they can cement over those cracks remains to be seen. Apparently, though, it has nothing to do with Deepika Padukone as she and Ranveer Singh are still very much a couple.
