In public he has been quick to point out that he has done his best to nurse Yolanda Foster back to health before ultimately abandoning her, but behind the scenes David Foster is said to be slamming his soon-to-be ex-wife. According to the latest gossip news updates the music producer has been insisting that despite her claims to the contrary the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star's Lyme disease was actually cured years ago.
In public David Foster has tried to seem supportive of Yolanda Foster's public battle with Lyme disease while at the same time ending their marriage.
In a recent statement to People, Foster explained that he had done his best to help Yolanda in her time of need and admired her strength and perseverance in the face of such a debilitating illness:
"I have been by Yolanda's side over the past four years to the best of my ability as she battled with the complexities of her Lyme diagnosis.
"I am incredibly proud of Yolanda's determination and mission to find a cure, and how brave and open she has been by sharing her story in the hopes of changing the future for others."
Despite his publics remarks, however, David is said to be spreading rumors amongst their friends that Yolanda was cured years ago and is secretly healthier than ever.
One source in the latest January 4, issue of OK! Magazine claims that Yolanda had long used her sickness as leverage in the marriage, according to David, and he is determined to expose the reality TV star for her she really is:
"He says he did all he could to help her and thinks she was cured years ago.
"She wasn't happy unless David was attending to her...[he's] furious that people blame him."
