Much has been made of how quickly Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton have fallen in love with one another, but the Hollaback Girl's husband, Gavin Rossdale, is said to be less than impressed. According to the latest gossip news updates, the Bush frontman is doing everything he can to draw out their divorce, so Stefani will have to wait to marry her Voice costar, whether she's pregnant with his baby or not.
Now that she is reportedly pregnant with his child, Gwen Stefani is said to be deadset on marrying Blake Shelton just as soon as legally possible, but her current husband, Gavin Rossdale, may not be willing to comply.
One source in the latest January 11, issue of InTouch claims that Gavin is doing his best to gum up the works, and it's starting to take its toll on an increasingly desperate Gwen:
"Blake and Gwen were hoping to get married the second her divorce from Gavin is finalized...But now he has decided to drag it out.
"Gavin is in no rush to end this marriage and he knows she is, so he's slowing down the process...her lawyers are now warning that this fight with Gavin could take months -- maybe years -- before it's settled.
"It's so emotional draining for Gwen, who wants to move on with her life and be with Blake."
