NJPAC Perform Disney’s ‘Fantasia’ In Concert: Baltimore Symphony Orchestra Take on ‘Toy Story’

The New Jersey Performing Arts Center is getting to make some magic when they bring Disney’s amazing musical animated masterpiece, Fantasia to life. Fantasia in concert is set for Friday, February 19th at 8PM, and promises to be an amazing night for the whole family. The concert will also feature special guest performers from Bergen County’s Elisabeth Morrow School Orchestra. If that isn’t enough Disney for you, The Baltimore Symphony Orchestra recently announced a concert series featuring music from 13 Disney Pixar classics, including the Toy Story franchise.

Recently, Spinningplatter’s praised the concert series as way to share the magic with a whole new generation the way it was meant to be:

“Fantasia…remind[s] us of the emotional storytelling power of classical music and the wide spectrum of beauty and characters that animation can provide…If you have kids that haven’t yet experienced the wonder of Fantasia and Fantasia 2000, I would highly recommend introducing them to it in this ideal setting, with the music heard as it was meant to be- live.”

Join in on the magic on Friday, February 19, 2016, 8:00 PM at Prudential Hall.Tickets are available now at NJPAC.org or 888.GO.NJPAC (888.466.5722).
