Bray Wyatt WWE Champ Hopeful After Mick Foley Comments, Fan Favorite Heel Ladder Match at Money In The Bank

Bray Wyatt's got the whole world in his hands. With his biggest match to date tonight it's hard to say what would be best for his storyline, but a wrestler with so much charisma can hardly make a wrong move. As a fan favorite despite his heel persona, it' not likely that he'll win the title just yet. But he should still benefit from the Ladder Match for the WWE Heavyweight Championship at tonight's Money In The Bank Pay-Per-View. One fan hopeful that Wyatt will achieve great things is the legendary Mick Foley. His recent comments reveal a big soft spot for the baddest villain currently roaming the WWE (sorry Kane).

Retired wrestler Mick Foley recently spoke very highly of Bray Wyatt in an interview with USA Today. Foley has some experience garnering fan support with a dark character (via Fansided):

"There are a few people. Bray Wyatt reminds me of myself. He's one of my favorite guys. He's really a mesmerizing interview, and he makes great use of his physical talents. He definitely makes the most out of his unusual frame. Love to hear him cut a promo.

WWE might be better off letting Wyatt's momentum build organically. He has become one of the most popular superstars in the company on the sheer strength of his magnetic promos and viciously aggressive ring style (via Bleacher Report):

"But Bray is in an odd place right now; fans are fully embracing him, yet he is still technically a heel. He is getting a positive crowd reaction in many cities that WWE travels to despite consistently targeting babyfaces like John Cena in storylines."

Wyatt almost seems to be like a real-life cult leader, gathering followers wherever he goes (via Bleacher Report):

"Fans cannot seem to get enough of Bray Wyatt. They hold up their cellphones when his music plays. They sway to the rhythm, and they sing 'He's Got the Whole World in His Hands' along with him. When Bray speaks, they listen. And when he smiles, they smile."

Wyatt might not be the next WWE World Heavyweight Champion, but he is definitely a star on the rise.
