Marianne Faithfull Celebrates 50th Anniversary with Release of 'Give My Love to London' Featuring Nick Cave, Roger Waters and Steve Earle

British singer Marianne Faithfull is celebrating her 50th anniversary this fall with the release of Give My Love to London, due out Nov. 11 on Easy Sound and Features records.

Faithfull's 20th studio album features songwriting by Nick Cave, Roger Waters, Steve Earle, Tom McRae and Anna Calvi.

To wit, she recently released the single "Late Voctorian Holocaust," written by Nick Cave.

Give My Love to London is produced by Rob Ellis and Dimitri Tikovoi and mixed by Flood. The musical, emotional journey takes in a slew of studio collaborators, including Adrian Utley (Portishead), Brian Eno, Ed Harcourt, Warren Ellis and Jim Sclavunos (The Bad Seeds).

Although Give My Love to London exerts a mouthful of contributing artists, Faithfull's voice takes the focus. Her 50-year career has spawned music from the heart without regard for fear or criticism.

Faithfull’s 50th-anniversary, 30-date tour starts October with stops in France, Germany, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Italy, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Monaco and Spain.
