The man planning until just last May to be Modern Family actress Sofia Vergara's husband for the rest of his life, Nick Loeb, recently explained that he dumped the topless Instagram bikini feet model because she didn't want kids. According to the latest gossip news updates, the starlet just didn't want to get pregnant with a baby at the high point of her career--an issue that her ex-fiancé just couldn't deal with any longer. Nick says that even though he split with Vergara after years together, he is glad that she is dating Magic Mike stripper, Joe Manganiello. Loeb explained that the True Blood werewolf makes far more sense as Sofia's boyfriend than he ever did.
After months of letting the tabloids speculate as to who dumped whom and why, Nick Loeb has revealed that he broke things off with Modern Family starlet Sofia Vergara because she didn't want to start a real-life family.
The successful New York business man explained in In Touch Weekly's November 3, issue in no uncertain terms that he wanted to make babies while Sofia was mostly just interested in making money:
"We had different things we wanted to do with our lives...She's focused on her career.
"The most important thing for me is to get married and have kids. [But] that wasn't her focus."
Even though some might argue that the actress wasted 39-year-old Nick's time the two years that they were together, Loeb doesn't have any hard feelings:
"I completely understood.
"She's at the height of her career, and, as she says all the time, she's taking advantage of her 15 minutes of fame because who knows how long that will last."
Sounding even more passive aggressive and bitter as he went along, Nick also claimed that he felt that Sofia would be better off dating a guy like Joe Manganiello anyways:
"They are much better suited for each other."
Not only has Sofia not really been mentioning Loeb at all in recent interviews, it often seems as though she can't stop going on-and-on about Manganiello.
From the looks of her behind the scenes Magic Mike post to Instagram, Sofia is pretty content with the split:
