There has been yet another major update in the divorce of Keeping Up with the Kardashians Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom. According to multiple media outlets, Khloe and Lamar's divorce could be canceled over a technicality. This has led to a number of reports that the estranged couple may be getting back together after Kardashian's recent breakup with rap star French Montana.
Despite desperately trying to get herself out of a painfully toxic marriage, Khloe Kardashian's divorce filing may soon be thrown out of court.
As usual, the biggest complication in her life is a result of the actions of her estranged husband, Lamar Odom.
Despite filing for divorce nearly a year ago, Odom has refused to sign the papers. And, as Epoch Times confirms, Lamar's refusal could result in the divorce case being dismissed:
"The Superior Court of California County sent them a notice as recently as October 9, alerting both parties that the divorce is not complete, and Khloe 'didn't respond'...If the pair don't make a decision soon, then the court will require them to attend a status conference, where they'll decide whether to stay married or actually get divorced."
Naturally, this news has spawned a wave of rumors that Khloe is actually considering taking Lamar Odom back.
This does not appear to be the case, as Kardashian fulfilled requirements on her end to dissolve their tumultuous relationship. Still, this hasn't stopped a number of webloids from reporting that there is still hope for Khloe and Lamar.
Premier gossip site Hollywood Life claims that Lamar is still in love with Khloe. One source tells the publication that Lamar hopes he can change Khloe's mind before the one year anniversary of their divorce filing:
"Lamar wants to be with her. These next ten days will tell the story of Khloe and Lamar. He knows what Dec. 13 is all about. He's not stupid. Hopefully, Khloe will give him one more chance to love her. He's ready to love her. And he wants her to realize he's the only man who can make her happy and replace 'almost' with 'finally.'"
