Warren Sapp Prostitution Arrest Controversy: Disgraced Hall of Famer FIRED From More Jobs

At one point, Warren Sapp was one of the most revered and successful Hall of Famers. Now, though, after his prostitution arrest, he has transformed into a pariah in the sports world. In recent news, it has been revealed that Sapp would be released from yet another business partnership; a mouthpiece company called ZYPPAH. One tends to wonder if ZYPPAH employees are enjoying his departure as much as those from the NFL Network.

Before his time as a professional, Sapp played college ball for the University of Miami. During his time there, he converted to defensive lineman. In turn, he won several awards including the Bronko Nagurski Trophy, the Lombardi Award and the Bill Willis Award.

His consistent performances earned him a 12th overall pick by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the 1995 NFL Draft. He is a seven-time pro-baller, a Super Bowl Champ and, of course, a Hall of Fame inductee.

However, according to TMZ Sports, his reputation was tarnished after a prostitution scandal, and he has since lost all his work:

"First the NFL Network, then Bud Light ... now another company is cutting ties with Warren Sapp...This time, the company dropping the hammer on the NFL Hall of Famer is ZYPPAH -- a mouthpiece company -- that's used Sapp as its celebrity spokesperson since 2013...But in the wake of his prostitution arrest in Arizona, ZYPPAH has said, 'We will be terminating our working relationship with Warren Sapp, effective immediately.'"

True, Sapp probably hates life right now. However, according to Awful Announcing, his departure has left the companies in better shape:

"It's the easiest thing in the world to kick a man when he's down, so perhaps that's why the following is no surprise. One reporter spoke to a dozen NFL Network employees (all off the record, naturally) dissing disgraced former analyst Warren Sapp...But it's not just that Sapp wasn't a people person. [Apparently, there was] some pretty oddball behavior from the loud talking head...even that Sapp never wanted to be looked at in the eyes."
