Kendra Wilkinson and Hank Baskett revealed even more intimate details about the scandal that nearly led to their divorce last week. It turns out that Hank was suffering from depression (and abusing drugs and alcohol) during the time he was accused of cheating on his wife with a transgendered YouTube model. Meanwhile, the feud between Kendra Wilkinson and former playmate Holly Madison has intensified.
In case you missed last season of Kendra on Top, as well as nearly every tabloid in the past year, Hank Baskett was accused of being unfaithful.
Now, months after the scandal first hit the press, Kendra and Hank have decided to fully address the issue.
Hank Baskett recently sat down with People, where he discussed what led up to him being fondled by a trans woman in the first place. It turns out that Hank was suffering from depression and hitting the bottle and pipe a little too much:
"The stress and depression was eating away at me...I fell into what happens to a lot of professional athletes who change careers. It hit me, and it hit hard...My biggest insecurity was looking like a failure...I was drinking like I had never drank before...And I was buying weed here and there. It wasn't to get high or baked out of my mind. It was to calm my stress."
Of course, this isn't the only reason that Kendra Wilkinson and Hank Baskett find themselves in the news. And that has a little something to do with former playmate Holly Madison, who co-dated Hugh Hefner the same time as Kendra.
Holly's upcoming memoire viciously attacks not only Hugh Hefner, but also Kendra Wilkinson. Holly went so far as to claim that Hank preferred another playmate over Kendra, and that Kendra is schizophrenic.
Now, in another exclusive with People Magazine, Kendra struck back at Madison's damning claims:
"The one thing [Holly Madison] truly wanted was a piece of that stock, a piece of Playboy and a piece of Hef's will...She considers herself a failure because she did whatever it took to get that and she didn't get what she wanted in return. Hef is the most amazing human being...Behind the scenes, people that actually know the truth are laughing their asses off. This is not even real. This person is out for revenge."
