‘19KAC’ Josh Duggar and Parents Jim Bob and Michelle Molestation Suit News

They might not be able to be brought up on criminal charges, but word has it the Duggars will soon be forced to answer for what they've done in court, regardless of their semi-successful cover-up. According to the latest gossip news updates, one of Josh Duggar's child molestation victims -- that he's not related to -- has decided to sue the religious hypocrite and his 19 Kids & Counting parents, Jim Bob and Michelle, in civil court, in the hopes of getting some sort of monetary compensation for all the pain and suffering that their repugnant behavior has caused.

Although it seems highly unlikely that they could be any more publicly embarrassed than they already have bene in the last few months, it's said that very soon the Duggar family may find themselves in court finally being forced to answer some of the questions that they have been dodging for years.

A supposed Springfield, Arkansas law enforcement insider claims in the latest July 13, issue of InTouch Weekly that at least one of Josh's victims is looking for some sort of justice after all they have been put through:

"I heard that a [nonfamily] victim is preparing to sue.

"This whole sordid affair with Josh rattled a lot of people, including the victim, who has had to relive this nightmare all over again after watching Josh's parents go on TV and whitewash what happened.

"The depositions will leave no stone unturned."

If the civil suit does wind up going through, in all likelihood, Josh's sister/victim Jill Duggar, won't be around to be deposed by anyone, as she and her husband, Derick Dillard recently announced that they will be traveling the world on very long mission trip.

While they seem a little unsure exactly where they are going to wind up when it is all said and done, Derick explained on their family blog that he and Jill are super-excited to be getting out of Arkansas ASAP (via E! News):

"We have a deep love and care for all of the world and a real passion for those in the nations, as many have even seen in the early stages of our relationship.

"Our hope is that all peoples of the world would come to repentance and put their hope in the Lord, Jesus Christ."

Hopefully whatever happens to Josh Duggar and his negligent parents, Jim Bob and Michelle, their victims will one day be able to find peace.
