Rumors are always swirling when it comes to Taylor Swift dating in 2013. The newest name to appear on that list is Brenton Thwaites. He finds himself in good company with other high-profile guys like Taylor Lautner, Harry Styles, and Jake Gyllenhaal.
It’s another week, so that must mean that Taylor Swift is dating someone new. This week’s rumored boyfriend is none other than aussie heartthrob actor, Brenton Thwaites.
The rumors got started when Tay Tay and Brenton were spotted getting close at the September 9 Toronto International Film Festival. The 23-year-old singer and the 24-year-old actor were arm-in-arm at the event. Has the 22 singer finally found her match?
According to OK! Magazine, Swift is already in love with her gentleman suitor. An alleged source reveals to the publication:
“They’ve been hanging out a lot lately and Taylor can’t stop talking about Brenton. It happens every time she dates someone. She spends every waking minute she can spending time with him or talking about him.”
If Brenton knows what’s good for him, he’ll tread lightly. Taylor isn’t exactly known for being kind to her exes.
This was pretty evident at the 2013 VMAs. When her ex, Harry Styles, was on stage, Swift could be seen saying, “Shut the f--k up." Taylor, however, denies the allegations.
Of course, this wasn’t the only time Swift was accused of dissing Harry at the VMAs. A more noticeable example came when the 22-year-old singer gave her acceptance speech.
Tay-Tay won for her hit song, “I Knew You Were Trouble,” a song that many believe was inspired by Taylor and Harry’s past relationship. As an added jab, Taylor seemed to reference Harry in her acceptance speech:
“I also want to thank the person that inspired this song, and he knows exactly who he is, because I got one of these!”
