Darby Williams Releases “No One Knows” Lyric Video

Just in time to make this Valentine's Day all the more special, jazz vocalist Darby Williams has released a new lyric video for the first single of her new album, ME. Written by legendary Duke Ellington collaborator Bully Strahan, "No One Knows", which features R&B icon Peabo Bryson, seems set to launch Williams recording career with Roc Cartel's label, despite the song's relative obscurity.

Up-and-coming jazz superstar, Darby Williams has just announced the release of a new lyric video for her duet with Peabo Bryson, "No One Knows", off her Roc Cartel debut album, ME.

A recent press release for the video describes this new take on an old Billy Strayhorn masterpiece as sounding so good that you will scarce understand why more people haven't released it as a single:

"As the first single from Darby Williams' debut Roc Cartel album, ME, the easy-swinging "No One Knows" is a soulful duet with lyrics so clever and a melody so catchy that one can only wonder why this tune slipped from sight for so long."

Darby Williams' album ME -- co-produced by Jason Schweiter and Richard Flanzer -- is available for purchase through iTunes and Amazon.com.
