Steve Martin and Edie Brickell’s Bright Star musical just got a little bit brighter. The new Broadway musical is getting ready to release a cast recording on Ghostlight records later this Spring. That is not all. The all new bonus single, “Sun Is Gonna Shine (Single Version),” is now available to stream online for free. Bright Star was created by Steve Martin (music, book & story) and Edie Brickell (music, lyrics & story) and is directed by Walter Bobbie.

Previews for Bright Star began on February 25 and the show will officially open on March 24.
