The Real Housewives of Atlanta married cast have more legal issues that you can shake a gavel at. Phaedra Parks is almost too busy suing alleged lover Anegela Stanton to notice that her husband is right about to be sent to jail for fraud. Kim Zolciak's husband Kroy Biermann is fed up with allegations that he has a $12,000 tax lien against his home, so he should probably pay it. Meanwhile, singles Marlon Hampton and Kenya Moore are enjoying their lives and their new found love for one another.
Angela Stanton is letting it be known in case anything happens to her, that she is scared for her life now that Phaedra Parks has her personal address.
Stanton told Radar Online that Parks got her address so she could serve her a subpoena, and now she fears serious retaliation and at least more death threats:
"I was receiving death threats. [Apollo Nida's co-conspirator in his alleged fraud scheme] Everett Tripodis had called my home personally.
"I felt as if my life was being threatened. Even now I still feel the same way, and was just talking to my attorney about why Ms. Parks had to have my personal address [to serve the lawsuit].
"I still feel that something may happen."
Kim Zolciak's husband Kroy Biermann isn't afraid, he is mad as hell and isn't going to take it anymore.
Kroy and Kim, who sound like the only people in Atlanta who didn't vote for Obama, feel that a bunch of free loading bloggers have disseminated terrible lies about his finances, and he is tired of having to pay for their lunch.
Kroy took to his Twitter to set the wolrd straight, and dole out a little justice via a brutal tongue lashing via angry tweeting:
"Bloggers are not the NEWS (no credibility) and they sure as hell do not know my portfolio and what's in it.
"The cowards should Report how I am a hard working tax paying American that DOES NOT LIVE OFF THE GOVERMENT!"
"Unlike your unemployed blogging ass eating off of my PAID taxes."
No one on Twitter has any idea just what in the hell he is talking about; Kroy Bierman reportedly hasn't been paying his taxes.
Meanwhile, elsewhere in the world of Atlanta Housewives, Marlo Hampton opened up to Sister 2 Sister about the fast paced friendship she has with Kenya Moore:
"It was just good energy. That's when we met and I invited her to the BCBG fashion show. NeNe was coming with me originally, but she wasn't getting into New York until the next day.
"While we were there at the vineyard, I said, 'Kenya, I invited NeNe to come with me to the BCBG fashion show in New York, but if she can't make it, can you come and join me...?' NeNe wasn't able to make it. I texted Kenya, and she met me there."
Marlo hasn't been officially added to the show, but don't be surprised if she replaces a Housewife or two next season.
