Bachelor Juan Pablo has more than just the entire world routing against him, Galavis literally has to contend with winner Nikki Ferrell's longtime ex-boyfriend, Ryan McDill, begging with her to get rid of Juan Pablo before it's too late. Spoilers: Nikki dumped Ryan last year, because he wasn't ready to propose.
Juan Pablo is will out a doubt the least liked Bachelor in the history of the show.
Not only is the whole world seemingly out to make Galavis look like a d-bag, Nikki Ferrell's ex-boyfriend is actively petitioning for their breakup.
Ryan McDill set down for a lengthy interview with Star, in which he described Juan Pablo is the harshest of terms, before pleading that Nikki should ditch the jabroni:
"I watched the show against my better judgment, only because Nikki was on it...And from what I've seen of Juan Pablo he has nothing going on, other than being handsome.
"He's dull, has no personality, is a terrible listener, is totally self-centered and doesn't seem too bright.
"I know Nikki as well as anyone, and it would be a huge mistake for her to get wrapped up in this loser.
"Juan Pablo doesn't care about you at all...He's a total zero, and if you've really fallen for him, this bum will only break your heart!"
Most people feel pretty confident that Juan Pablo and Nikki will be over soon enough, because truth be told Galavis, according to an insider in Star, never cared about steeling down:
"Juan Pablo was widely criticized as one of the least like hunks the show has ever had.
"Many viewers felt that he didn't come close to anyone's ideal of a steamy Latin lover, and that he just never gave out any vibe that he truly cared about finding lasting love on the show."
Nikki's ex Ryan did have a parting warning for Juan Pablo, that he had better do anything in his power not to break Ferrell's heart or else:
"If Juan Pablo ever did anything to really hurt Nikki, I would waffle-stomp his ass!"
It's a good effort, but Juan Pablo doesn't even know what the hell a waffle, more or less a waffle-stomp is.
