Kate Hudson has been much more willing to flaunt her new boob job than her engagement ring over the past few months. The 34-year-old actress and her Muse front man fiancé Matt Bellamy are reportedly on the verge of calling it quits. The couple is rumored to be trying to work through their problems in marriage therapy, but some of their friends think that their baby's arrival has thrown their love life irrevocably out of whack. Their break up is beginning to seem inevitable.
Kate Hudson and her British beau Mat Bellamy were as thick as thieves before they had a baby together, but now things seem to be spinning out of control.
A friends of the couple told Star that things came unglued for the couple quite some time ago:
"Lack of trust has been a huge source of contention between them...The truth is Matt an Kate haven't been happy for a while."
An insider told Life & Style that their relationship had been in a funk since their bundle of joy came into the world, now the whole family's in therapy:
"They've been fighting for almost a year...Ever since they had the baby, it's been different.
"She can't handle how much he travels and is away from the family.
"They've been going to couple's counseling to try to make it work...They Love each other but know they've grown apart."
A source close to Matt told Us Weekly that Matt was really just fed with Hudson's Hollywood lifestyle, and that's why he was staying away from her in L.A.:
"[Her Hollywood world] got to be too much for him.
"They've had problems for ages and grew apart.
"It goes back and forth...I think it's over, but they're just figuring out how to let go."
They're even rumored to have given the baby the nick-name, Break Up.
