People can only guess how Instagram aficionado Taylor Swift took being dumped by Theo James via friends, before the two could even get started dating. News has it that the "22" singer got told where to go, while attempting to set up a date with Divergent star Theo James in between stops on her 'Red' tour. Now people are starting to fear that Taylor's recent weight loss might point to deeper troubles like anorexia, but she might just be too busy to eat. Fellow starlet Selena Gomez dropped Taye Taye as a friend on Twitter.
Country music pop star Taylor Swift's 24-year-old long-legged frame is starting to turn heads for all the wrong reasons.
After concerned fans recently started to voice fears that Swift was looking too thin in her latest paparazzi pics via Twitter; nutritionist Melanie McGrice told Radar Online that Taylor looked just shy of sick:
"Taylor still appears to be within her healthy weight range, however she is right on the lower end of the scale now. I wouldn't want to see her losing any more weight."
Dr. Susan Mitchell told the site that the implications of Taylor eating habits affected more than just her health--it concerns little girls and boys everywhere:
"Many young women want to emulate celebrities and try to look like them even when their body shape is not meant to.
"Society ... sends a message that you are not cool unless you look a certain way: very thin.
"You'll be shocked. From not wanting their thighs to touch to the 'nap diet', many young women become so obsessed with their weight and looks that it ultimately leads to disordered eating of some type which can then affect their bodies and health for years to come."
Some might surmise that Taylor's recent decline in mass might have something to do with her declined invitation to dinner.
A source told OK! that when Swift tried to get a little attention from Divergent's Theo James, she got the proverbial middle finger instead:
"[Taylor] asked her friend Hailee Steinfeld to ask Theo's friend Douglas Booth, another British actor, if there was a chance they could meet up for a date in Los Angeles.
"But Douglas told Taylor to go away!..He wasn't interested, despite the fact she confirmed she was a Divergent fanatic.
"She's angry that Douglas told her to buzz off!"
Now word has it that Selena Gomez doesn't even want to be Taylor's friend on Twitter anymore.
