2014's Bachelor Juan Pablo paid tribute to Bachelorette suitor Eric Hill following his paragliding death yesterday evening. Andi Dorfman has surprisingly chosen to stay silent, but maybe she's just misplaced her Instagram password. Word has it that entertainment consultant Galavis wants Season 18 winner Nikki to move to Miami, in order to become model.
Say what you want about Juan Pablo's reluctance to display emotion, ABC's latest Bachelor didn't let the sun rise before sending his condolences to Bachelorette contestant Eric Hill's family following his death in a tragic paragliding accident yesterday.
Eric fell victim to tragedy when his parachute fatally collapsed mid-flight a few days ago.
ABC series producers quickly released a statement expressing their deepest sympathies for Hill and his family (via EntertainmentWise):
"We are deeply saddened to hear about the tragic passing of our friend, Eric Hill. Eric inspired us every day with his passion, his courage and his adventurous spirit, and for that we are very thankful.
"On behalf of our cast, crew and producers, we send our love, our thoughts and our prayers to Eric's family during this difficult time."
Juan also expressed similar sentiments via Twitter, though Bachelorette Andi Dorfman has remained surprisingly silent:
"SAD to hear the NEWS about Eric Hill... Prayers to his FAMILY and FRIENDS."
Word has it that Juan Pablo is finally ready for his girlfriend Nikki Ferrell to make the move down to sunny Miami, but not because he wants her to be closer to him per se.
An insider told Us Weekly that Galavis wants Nikki to make the move so she can start the new career he's picked out for her:
"He wants Nikki to work as a model or TV personality in Miami."
Well at least Juan Pablo wants Nikki some kind of way.
