Engaged Simon Cowell and Lauren Silverman Bad Baby; Keisha Named ‘X Factor’ Judge NOT Mel B? [VIDEO]

Simon Cowell is spending his time making tough life decisions--like who should be X Factor's new judge, pop star Keisha or Spice Girl Mel B--instead of getting engaged to baby mama Lauren Silverman. Surly Si's ex-girlfriend Terri Seymour gushed that Cowell's kid Eric is the best behaved baby in the business, but his dad it teaching him bad habits and naught tricks. Rumor has it that Cowell is considering Keisha to round out this new X Factor judge's panel, but America's Got Talent's Mel B hasn't been ruled out just yet.

Britain's Spicy Mel B and America's trashy Keisha are reportedly battling it out for the last spot on X Factor UK's judge's panel.

Mel B is a stronger candidate, as she is already a judge on Cowells stateside America's Got Talent team.

But a source tells the Mirror that Keisha practically has the job already, and Mel B's experience may not be the draw she thinks it is:

"Simon has held numerous conversations and is keen on Kesha. He thinks she's edgy and would appeal to a different audience to the other three.

"He is keen to get an American in, just for a bit of variety. Nothing is signed but she's a front-runner."

Simon's ex-girlfriend Terri Seymour claims that having baby Eric has really changed Simon for the better.

That being said, Si might be as bad an influence on the baby, as Eric is a good influence on him (via Us Weekly):

"He's great actually...I mean he hasn't changed his lifestyle because--Simon wouldn't.

"But he's very good. He'd never even held a baby before, so he was like, 'How do you hold a baby?' You have to remind him every now and then about the head...But he's really good and he loves it."

"Simon taught him how to stick his tongue out at two months.

"It's hysterical--Simon sticks his tongue out and Eric copies, he's so cute!"

Leave it to Simon Cowell to corrupt the barely cognizant.
