While American Idol judge Jennifer Lopez has been warning fans that speculating about what happened between Jay Z and his wife Beyoncé's sister, Solange Knowles, before, after and during his NYC Met Gala after-party elevator beatdown is silly and futile, irresponsible talk show host Wendy Williams has been literally reenacting the off-camera events on her morning show. Not only did Williams suggest that Jay Z beat up women despite never once hitting Solange back, the television personality went as far as suggesting that the Jigga Man was cheating with fashion designer Rachel Roy, who she insisted was an old school Rockefeller Records tramp that was probably sexually passed back and forth between the 'Black Album' architect and his former business partner Damon Dash.
Wendy Williams isn't worried about the truth; she is in this business to entertain, and in her opinion the fewer the facts you have about any given topic, the better.
While some smart, less negligent talking heads have been slow to venture their own completely-made-up, wild ass theories about what may or may not have happened between Destiney's Child diva Beyoncé's husband and sister Solange--Wendy has boldly chosen to make up whatever the hell she wants to and bill it as sort of physiological detective work.
During a recent episode of her show Williams went wild with speculation and conjecture suggesting that Beyoncé didn't get involved in the fight because Jay Z deserved it:
"In my mind Beyoncé didn't get into the middle because Solange was probably attacking him over something he knows he was dead wrong about--and therefore sister didn't get in the middle.
"Look, Beyoncé and the security guard were standing there like .this was nothing new between Solange and Jay Z...And it didn't look like something knew...At one point I even think I see Solange spitting on him you know what I mean?"
After that Wendy ends up forcing audiences members to act out her crazy interpretations of rumors that she has heard about the evening, with admittedly completely fabricated interactions sprinkled for effect.
Wendy Williams is kind of like a Homer for the mentally blind.
