Despite constant gossip that the pair have split and news that they will be joining Season 5 of VH1's 'Couples Therapy,' it seems that we can all expect wedding invitations very soon. The Venezuelan entertainment consultant posted a shot of his pediatric nurse girlfriend's left hand with a rock planted firmly on her ring finger. Seems he could have saved everyone a lot of trouble by getting this all out of the way on the 'After the Finale Rose' show, though perhaps host Chris Harrison makes him too sexually uncomfortable to speak.
