Chris Brown is no fan of the media, in particular, the paparazzi. More recently, the "Fine China" singer, who has a problem with facing the consequences of his 2009 domestic assault against then-girlfriend Rihanna, lashed out against America's hypocritical forgiveness of Jay Z for his crimes. Now the artist is offering up some advice to fellow rapper Kanye West in the wake of his recent problems with the paparazzi. Meanwhile Brown has taken to social media to promote his new album, 'X,' announcing the release date via Twitter.
