‘She Loves Me’ Laura Bennati Talks Melania Trump Impersonation

Laura Bennati is taking Broadway by storm in the current revival of She Loves Me. Bennati even left TV behind in order to return to the stage. However, it looks she might be returning to TV in the near future, mainly the late night talk show, or Saturday Night Live. It appears that the Tony Award winning actress shares some features with the future First Lady, Melania Trump.

The classic 1928 newspaper drama written by Ben Hecht and Charles MacArthur play is coming back to Broadway with one very newsworthy cast. The star studded cast includes John Slattery (Mad Men), Nathan Lane ('The Producers,' 'Addams Family'), and John Goodman ('West Wing,' 'Treme'),Jefferson Mays ('A Gentleman's Guide to Love and Murder') and Rosemary Harris ('The Road to Mecca'). The new revival will be directed by Jack O’Brien (Hairspray,' 'The Coast of Utopia').

    The revival of Sam Shepard’s 'Buried Child' is currently running Off-Broadway under the direction of Scott Elliott. The new production stars Ed Harris ('Radio') Taissa Farmiga ('American Horror Story: Murder House' and 'Coven') and Rich Sommer ('Mad Men'), just to name a few. The play has very intense moments where Rich Sommer’s character forces his fist in the mouth of Taissa Farmiga’s character. Now, Sommer is opening up the scene.
