IFC Films presents A Ballerina's Tale: The Story of Misty Copeland, coming to Blu-ray, DVD and digital download Feburary 2. One of the most visually sriking ballerinas to grace the stage, Misty Copeland had to overcome more than most dancers on her way to the top. She would become the first African American woman to be named principle dancer of the American Ballet Theatre. A Ballerina's Tale tells the story of the behind the scenes struggles and prejudices Copeland had to endure on her way to the top.

    A new four-part mini-series on Sky Arts entitled 'The Nightmare Worlds of H.G. Wells' will debut new music by Elizabeth Fraser, mastermind behind the dream pop band Cocteau Twins. The score comes as a collaboration with her husband Damon and has been added to a trailed that recently surfaced about the series.

    After opening its doors 149-years ago, The Boston Conservatory will soon be merging with Berklee College. Once the new school completes the necessary regulatory and accreditation review and approval process, later this summer, the combined institution will be known as Berklee with the Conservatory becoming The Boston Conservatory at Berklee. The hope is that by combining forces, Berklee and The Boston Conservatory will be able to lead the way in establishing new and original music genres and art forms for years to come.
