In the weeks following the Courts decision to send her children back to their father, Kelly Rutherford has been doing anything in her power to convince the public that her son and daughter should be with her on a more permanent basis. According to the latest gossip news updates, however, the 'Gossip Girl' is really her own worst enemy and has sabotaged things for herself time and again with her own bad behavior. Word has it that the only reason her ex, Daniel Giersch, had his visa denied in the US, which ultimately led to his moving their kids, Hermes and Helena, with him to Monaco, was because Rutherford often called the State Department alleging that the German businessman was an international drug and arms dealer. Giersch lawyer also insists that while Kelly practically kidnapped his kids this summer, her ex-husband has never actually tried to keep Rutherford away from her children.
