‘Walking Dead’ Shane Jon Bernthal Cast As Punisher Frank Castle in Renewed Netflix ‘Daredevil’ Season 2

Jon Bernthal is returning from the dead to star in yet another comic book series. The actor, best known for his role as Shane in AMC’s 'The Walking Dead,' is joining the Marvel Universe. It was recently revealed that Bernthal has been cast as The Punisher Frank Castle in the upcoming second season of the renewed Netflix hit, 'Daredevil.'

  • ‘Death Note’ to Have TV Series, Live Action and American Adaptations

    'Death Note,' which saw a 12 volume manga, 3 live action films and a 37-episode TV anime will be taking on its last field, a live action TV series to add to its portfolio.The new show will feature an all new story not found in the manga or any of the films. The title is a little more obscure and not as popular in the US as it is Japan. Death Note TV series will start airing on Sundays in July on Japanese TV. Meanwhile, Warner Brothers continues to work on an animated version of the series

The International Indian Film Academy is a three-day-long affair, unlike the Oscars, that does its best to compete with Hollywood on the glamor scale. It is convened to celebrate everything in Indian cinema and unabashedly pat itself on the back. This year, it took place in Kuala Lumpur and, of course, drew the who's-who of Bollywood.
