Usain Bolt is still the world's fastest man to ever run the 100 meters, even with coming off his injury plagued 2014 campaign. With Bolt on the sidelines, competitors crept up coming close to his record time, but he still owns that title. Bolt has had a slow start to this new season after his year off but has set his sights for dominating later this summer at the world championships.
