Undercover,' 'Zapped') Oscar dreads made her look like she “smelled like patchouli oils, or weed.” on 'The Fashion Police.' The way the shot was cut, it made it look like Rancic’s co-host, Kelly Osbourne was the one who added the “or weed,” part to the conversation.
