Tonight Fox’s hit Batman prequel series 'Gotham' is all new. This week Jack Gruber from the “Rogues Gallery” episode returns as the new villain Electrocutioner. However, Gruber's character bares little resemblance to the classic DC Comics character who shares his moniker. While Electrocutioner might be the new villain he can never replace Robin Lord Taylor’s The Penquin. Recently the young actor even got the seal of approval from Danny Devito ('Batman Returns,' 'Always Sunny in Philadelphia').
