Dan Marino pulled a fake out Tuesday when he pulled out of a class action lawsuit involving almost 5,000 former NFL players. He says he is withdrawing because he never intentionally filed the suit. First 'Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice' was delayed by two years, and now it looks like 'Batman: Arkham Knight' has been pushed back for until 2015. That is right! There are bound to be a lot disappointed little Bat-Fans this Christmas morning. According to the new Batmobile Battle Mode trailer, the Xbox One and PS4 release won't be coming out this October. No new release date (beyond the vague 2015) or reasons for the delay have been issued, however, the trailer does promise addition details at E3 2014.
