Bob Kane is the man most often credited as the creator of Batman, however, it is widely known in the comic community that Bill Finger contributed a lot of key elements that make Batman, who he is today. Bob Kane may have named the Caped Crusader but Bill Finger created, Commissioner Jim Gordon, The Batsuit & The Batmobile and so much more. Finger was never given the proper credit he deserved while he was living. Recently during a Wondercon panel, a rep for DC Comics said that company was “ all good with Finger and his family,” however, Finger’s family disagrees.
