‘Arrow’ Stephen Amell Talks Ab Workout & New Episode Break

'Arrow' star Stephen Amell loves his job. The guy spends a vast amount of time each day on social networking sites promoting the series. So it comes as no surprise that the actor would defend his show whenever it comes under fire. That is just what Amell did after fans got upset over the new episode break.
