Things were looking rough for Hollywood actress Kate Hudson and her Muse fiancé Matt Bellamy; for a minute there it seemed like the couple might even split up before their wedding. But now, thanks to a little nudge from Goldie Hawn, the pair are reportedly back together and have decided to postpone the divorce until at least after they have married.
Kate Hudson sparked a fire storm of rumors, when she recently showed up at multiple high-profile Hollywood events without her fiancé Matt Bellamy or his engagement ring.
But according to Us Weekly the couple are happily back together again, and were caught making out on the beach while watching the kids:
"Despite recent relationship issues, the engaged couple appeared to be very much in love during their sweet recent outing with Hudson's son Ryder, 10.
"The reluctant Fundamentalist actress, dressed in a sleeveless black tank, mini skirt, and sandals, treated her fiancé like a beach chair as she comfortably lounged on his lap.
"The Muse frontman, clad in a white tee and black sweats, rested his hands back into the sand and kissed her neck as she affectionately leaned back."
A friend close to Hudson told the publication that Matt and Kate were determined to keep it together for the kids:
"They went on dates, and they're talking every day to work through things.
"They're committed to being great parents and want to stay together for Bing."
While Bing may have been the reason for the couple ultimately deciding to keep it together, a source told Star that a tough-love phone call from Kate's mom, Goldie Hawn, was the initial motivator of reconciliation:
"She made them realize that what they have is a good thing...They want to get married this summer."
They better hurry up, if they want to breakup again before the end of the year.
