This past Thursday, the New York City Council approved legislation, 43 to 8, that would prohibit the use of electronic cigarettes in indoor public spaces. This has lead many to speculate that the couple may soon be divorcing. The duo, both 42, met in 1995 on the set of 'Rent' and continued to work alongside each other in the awarded-winning musical, 'The Wild Party.' Diggs and Menzel were married in 2003. Son Walker, now 4, was born in September, 2009.
