Jackie Evancho Premieres Ennio Morricone Darling 'Your Love' in Support of Forthcoming LP 'Awakening'

We've written about him before, Ennio Morricone and his legendary film scores. This time, America's Got Talent favorite, Jackie Evancho, premieres her take on his beloved track "Your Love."

The cover comes from the 1968 classic Once Upon a Time in the West. With Morricone providing the sonic landscape, the movie came as part of the slew of Sergio Leone Spaghetti Westerns that dominated the mainstream film circuit.

The young singer has been the topic of most conversations in dealing with youth talents. She found her footing at the age of 10 and has continued to sing and premiere for audiences on a global scale, still, at the age of 14.

Her forthcoming LP, Awakening, drops September 23 via the Sony Music Masterworks imprint Portrait and also features the Game of Thrones epic "Rains of Castamere" and Phantom of the Opera's "Think of Me."

Also, she makes a daring leap at attempting to bring U2's "With of Without You" to a more classical audience. Not normally a part of the "opera crossover" but as pointed out, Evancho aims at not merely rooting herself in opera. Instead, she labels herself as a "classic crossover" artist.

You can find the exclusive premiere at Billboard here. But, just to keep your fix, here's a performance from the Today Show below.
