Tis the season for a Jessie crossover special. The hit Disney Channel series, starring Debby Ryan, is continuing it’s annual tradition of spending the holidays with members of other shows. During Season 1 the Ross family rocked around the Christmas tree with Ross Lynch and the cast of Austin and Ally. Last year, they opened their home to Bridgit Mendler and the cast of Good Luck Charlie. They even played dress up with Drake Bell on the animated series, Ultimate Spider-Man: Web Warriors this past Halloween. Now, they are doubling up this year, with cast members from Liv and Maddie, and Teen Beach Movie’s Maia Mitchell.
This Friday, Jessie gets into the spirit of the holidays with yet another epic crossover Christmas special. This year, Jessie and the kids meet up with Liv and Maddie’s Parker Rooney (Tenzing Norgay Trainor), and Joey Rooney (Joey Bragg):
The official plot description for this week’s hour-long crossover, titled “ “Jessie's Aloha Holidays With Parker and Joey," reads:
“Jessie and the Ross kids plan a tropical Christmas at the family's Hawaiian villa, where Jessie reunites with an old friend who is now a superstar. A crossover episode with ‘Liv and Maddie.’"
Teen Beach Movie’s Maia Mitchell will also be reprising her role as Shaylee Michaels, the actress that Jessie once did stunt work for.
Tune into the special hour-long crossover event, this Friday night at 8:00 p.m. on The Disney Channel.
