Keith Urban Releases New Music After Nicole Kidman Divorce Rumors, 'Monaco' Flop

Good news, music fans! Keith Urban recently appeared on a new single. It may come as a bit of a surprise, however, that it's not a country song. This latest development comes after reports that Nicole Kidman is going to divorce the country music star, following her widely-criticized performance in Grace of Monaco.

Keith Urban is known for his hit country music, and now it seems that he's looking to lend that sound to other genres, including R&B.

The American Idol judge appears on Jason Derulo's new song "Broke," and he isn't alone. Taste of Country tells readers that Stevie Wonder is also featured on the single:

"Country has been borrowing from genres such as R&B and hip-hop lately. Now it seems like they're looking to country to return the favor...No, you don't have to get your hearing checked. That is a banjo on R&B singer Jason Derulo's new song, 'Broke,' and none other than Keith Urban is responsible for playing it. The cross-genre collaboration continues with Stevie Wonder also contributing to the song by playing the harmonica."

With his now crossover hit and reality-tv hosting gig, it's no surprise that his career is hotter than ever before.

Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for his wife, Nicole Kidman.

Mrs. Kidman starred in Grace of Monaco, which recently debuted on Lifetime after months of criticism. As one might expect, the film was bashed handedly by many viewers.

One of the biggest dissenters, perhaps, was Arash Amel, who wrote the film. As Hit FX tells readers, Arash used Twitter to bash the movie:

"Earlier this week, the film's screenwriter, Arash Amel, took to Twitter to live-Tweet the Lifetime airing and, well, he had a lot to say. 'The purpose of this live Tweet is to correct the record, an explanation, an apology and most of all a bit of lighthearted fun,' he wrote, tagging each of his Tweets with the #GOMFacts hashtag."

What do you think of the latest reports? Is Nicole Kidman's career over? Will she and Keith Urban really get a divorce? What do you think of Keith's new collaboration?
