Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes once again find themselves in the news this week. For once, it doesn't even have anything to do with the months of rumors that Ryan and Eva are engaged and battling over a prenup. Instead, the two are making headlines for getting themselves back in a normal routine following the birth of their first child, little Esmeralda Gosling.
Eva Mendes and Ryan Gosling may have just recently welcomed their very first child to the world, however, it seems like the two are getting back to their normal routine.
Eva proved as much this week, when the actress conducted a Q&A session on Facebook. Not only has Mendes lost the baby weight, but E! News tells readers that Eva recently shared her health and beauty secrets to the masses:
"Eva Mendes is spilling her secrets...Mendes hosted a Facebook Q &A on Wednesday, where fans could ask and share beauty and fitness tips. So, if you want glowing skin like the mother of Ryan Gosling's child...For instance, as far as staying healthy goes, Mendes says, 'Drinking warm water and lemon every morning before my coffee and staying hydrated all day long really helps me stay healthy and helps my skin look its best.'"
One person who knows a thing or two about being in shape is Eva's hunky boyfriend Ryan Gosling.
The actor, who almost immediately returned to acting following the birth of Esmeralda, decided to take a little time off from the set recently.
Daily Mail tells readers that Ryan used his free time to enjoy a boys day out:
"He's currently filming future blockbuster The Big Short in New Orleans, but Ryan Gosling was seen taking some well-earned R&R as he enjoyed a boys day out on Tuesday...The 34-year-old actor looked to be having a good time as he larked around with a male friend following a relaxed lunch-date in sunny Los Feliz, California...Leaving girlfriend Eva Mendes and his daughter Esmeralda at home, the chiseled star kept his style dressed-down in keeping with the day's chilled mood."
