“Bobbi was missing teeth and had other bruising during the time of her tragedy because the week before she slipped into a coma, she was in a car accident," the source told HollywoodLife exclusively. "She got into a head-on collision a week prior to the incident and totaled her Lexus. She had a court date but never made it because of her being in a coma.”
Brown's boyfriend, Nick Gordon, was initially the suspect for her sudden death and it was claimed that they had a violent altercation that cost Brown her life. The source flatly denied this rumor stating that the police would have found some evidence if Gordon was the culprit.
“Her face hit the steering wheel or air bag during the wreck," the source continued. "If the bruising had been from Nick or if he had knocked her teeth out, the cops would have noticed scars on Nick’s hands but Nick had no visible injuries at all."

Bobby Brown released a statement via People magazine, sharing his disappointment that his daughter's cause of death was released publicly before anyone was taken into custody for her death.
"First and foremost, 23 years ago today, Bobbi Kristina was born, Krissy will always live in my heart and soul. I love my baby girl," he said. "For news affiliates to seek and obtain my daughter's autopsy report, before anyone has been brought to justice for her death is mind blowing to me. Please pray for my family."
