Married George Clooney and Amal Alamuddin Welcome Twins; Apologize for Batman Movies after Wedding? [NEWS UPDATE]

Hollywood icon George Clooney really is a changed man after marrying Amal Alamuddin late last month. The American activist/actor went as far as apologizing for his two embarrassing Batman movies at this year's Comic Con in New York City. According to the latest gossip news updates, the ER doctor's wife surprised Danny Ocean with two twin cocker spaniel puppies ready to great him when they arrived at their new home together in Berkshire, England. The real question on everyone's minds is: Now, that wedding is all said and done when is old Georgie boy going to get the new Mrs. Clooney pregnant?

Thanks to George Clooney's brand new wife, Amal Alamuddin, the couple are wasting no time adding a couple a new heads to the family.

According to the a source with insider information, who spoke to Us Magazine for their October 20, issue, Amal made sure that there were a couple of virtual newborns waiting for them when they got back from their honeymoon.

"They just wanted a simple break with no interruptions.

"[But] Amal bought two 3-month-old cocker spaniels for George as a wedding gift, and they were waiting for him at the house.

"One of them is really frisky and has to be kept on a leash...George loves them both."

After reaching such a milestone in his life, it seems as though Clooney is able to look back at some of their more qustionable decisions of his life and comment on them with understanding and honesty.

Showing off a little of his new found maturity coupled with that never-ending charm--Clooney sat down at a panel for NYC's recent Comic Con event and apologized profusely for the abomination that was his tenure as Batman.

The 53-year-old protestor told the assembled crowd of nerd, dorks and dweebs that he owed them all at least one, "I'm sorry," for what he did to the franchise and the Bat-suit (via Sky News):

"Since I did Batman, I've been de-invited from Comic-Con.

"Sorry about the nipples on the suit.

"'Freeze, Freeze!'--I apologize for that.

"I met Adam West and apologized."

Now , that he has gotten married, George Clooney isn't afraid to do anything.
