Brock Lesnar Rumors: Staying With WWE After WreslteMania 31 and Prolonged UFC Health Concerns

Brock Lesnar is one of the biggest names in mixed martial arts and professional wrestling. In turn, he is one of the biggest sources of rumors in the UFC and the WWE. For a long time now, it has been predicted that Lesnar would be leaving professional wrestling yet again, following WrestleMania 31. Now, it looks he might be staying due to health concerns. This leans to the believable side, because Lesnar is known for having heart problems and fitness issues.

Before his time as a professional, Lesnar joined the National Guard. After getting out, he wrestled for the University of Minnesota. During that period, he stacked an impressive repertoire of accomplishments.

He won multiple Division 1 Heavyweight Championships and was a two-time NCAA All-American and a two-time Big Ten Conference Champ. After graduating from college, he signed with the WWF.

After switching between the UFC and the WWE multiple times, Brock has elevated to wrestling's most prestigious position of Heavyweight Champion.

In recent months, it looked like Lesnar would be leaving the promotion once again. However, according to Cage Side Seats, he might be staying after all:

"It looks more promising that Brock Lesnar could well stay with WWE past WrestleMania due to concerns over long term health affects of competing in MMA specifically concussion oriented issues later in one's life. One thing is certain, if UFC believes...that CM Punk will sell PPV's for at least his first two fights then what would a healthy Brock Lesnar mean to the UFC brand in a time where no combat sport company has a plethora of bona fide star power..."

Jumping on board with this most recent rumor is not that big of a leap. According to the Inquisitr, Lesnar has been battling his health as if it was an in-the-ring competitor:

"The current WWE Champion Brock Lesnar could be going through health issues related to his heart. The main issue with this is that due to WWE's medical testing, it would be doubtful they'd let him perform for them knowing that he could be going through issues. The rumor of health issues has been going around with fans as of late because of the fact that Brock looked to be in bad shape during matches."
