Although he was only married to his wife, Miranda Lambert, a quarter of the time the Gwen Stefani was wed to Gavin Rossdale, word has it that Blake Shelton has found a new buddy to drown his sorrows with in No Doubt's Hollaback Girl. According to the latest gossip news updates, the Voice coaches are bonding like never before now that both cast members reportedly have such similar stories to share with one another. While Stefani was said to split with the father of her three children, Gavin Rossdale, due to a supposed affair with the nanny, Carrie Underwood's "Something Bad" collaborator is said to have already found a replacement for her sangria loving husband in tour manager, Ryan Westbrooke.
Given their very similar situation at this moment, it makes perfect sense that Voice costars, Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani, might find themselves becoming better friends by the minute whenever on set together.
An informant from the set told Radar Online that it's nothing romantic, but Gwen and Blake are finding a lot of comfort in having one another around during shooting:
"Gwen and Blake have a lot to bond over right now and they are really being there for each other through this."
According to the insider, producers for the hit TV show are convinced that Blake and Gwen's simply dropping their respective spouses will bring in bigger audiences than ever:
"With both Gwen and Blake recently divorcing and being single for the first time in a long time, ratings are going to soar!"
Whatever blossoms between Blake and Gwen in the future, it is doubtful that Miranda Lambert will feel even the twinge of jealousy.
One source in the latest August 17, issue of Star magazine claims that the country music maven was so ready to move on, that when Lambert was confronted about her last affair, she didn't put up a fight:
"Basically, Miranda fell in love with another man behind Blake's back.
"Miranda didn't fight Blake or deny her feelings for Ryan, because she wants to be with him."
