Normally worth $1 million, the ticket purchase included the optional Megaplier for an extra $1. With the 5x Megaplier for the drawing, the ticket is worth $5 million.
“Fifteen times this year a Match 5 winning ticket has included the Megaplier – nine of them resulting in $5 million prizes. Other $5 million prizes have been won this year in Arizona, Florida (2), Michigan, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas and Virginia.
